The popular TV show, Fix It & Finish It, starring Antonio Sabato Jr, worked with The Garage Center to provide one lucky family in the Tucson area with the garage of their dreams.
“We loved being part of a show that surprised homeowners in making their dreams come true,” said Al Yanez, owner of The Garage Center.
Homeowners were surprised in the early morning, they soon got to work with some organizing projects and then were sent off so that the workers could finish and then reveal to them a brand new garage.
“Bringing smiles and tears to a Tucson family that will never forget the feeling of what caring people who come together can do was something we were proud to be part of,” commented Silvia Yanez, from The Garage Center team.
This wasn’t the only family helped by Fix It & Finish It. One hundred and fifty families across the US were chosen to have a room finished. Tucson was fortunate to have ten different makeover rooms done. Living rooms, bedrooms, backyards, garages and more were the target.
The show is about helping homeowners who need their rooms fixed and finished.
